PR-001 — AqNova Global Launch

AqNova Marketplace Launches Globally — Curated Sustainable Commerce Platform Connects Ethical Vendors with Conscious Consumers Across 25+ Countries

The world's first truly global curated marketplace for sustainable, organic, and ethically sourced goods opens its doors to vendors and buyers worldwide, with dedicated support for African and emerging market producers.

HUNTINGTON PARK, CA — April 7, 2026

AqNova Marketplace, operated by Arivon Holding Corporation, today announced the global launch of its curated e-commerce platform at aqnova.co, making sustainable, organic, and ethically sourced consumer products accessible to buyers worldwide and opening a global sales channel for sustainable vendors across 25+ countries. The platform operates across eight curated product categories including Organic Food & Nutrition, Sustainable Fashion, Clean Beauty & Grooming, Wellness & Holistic Living, Sustainable Home, Eco Pets, Clean Technology, and Clean Mobility.

AqNova's launch represents a structural shift in sustainable commerce. Unlike general marketplaces where sustainable products compete undifferentiated against conventional goods, AqNova operates as a curated, verified ecosystem in which every listed product has been reviewed against AqNova's Sustainability Standards Policy. Vendors undergo a dedicated onboarding process that includes identity verification, sustainability certification review, and compliance with AqNova's global legal framework covering 25+ jurisdictions — from California's CCPA and the EU's GDPR, to Nigeria's FCCPA, Brazil's CDC, and Australia's ACL.

AqNova's Africa-first positioning is a defining feature of the platform. Through its West African subsidiary Sahara Eagle Ltd (registered in Nigeria with NEPC Export Registration No. 0030281), AqNova provides West African vendors with a compliant pathway to global buyers. The platform accepts mobile money payments including M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, and Airtel Money, and displays prices in local currencies including NGN, ZAR, KES, GHS, BRL, and AUD. Subscription pricing for African-registered businesses is set at USD $9.99/month for the Pay-As-You-Grow plan and USD $26.99/month for Premium — specifically calibrated to reflect currency and capital access realities in African markets.

PR-002 — AqNova Canada Launch

AqNova Canada debut precedes global launch, offering Canadian buyers exclusive early access to the platform's curated sustainable product selection.

HUNTINGTON PARK, CA — April 1, 2026

AqNova Marketplace, operated by Arivon Holding Corporation, today announced the launch of its Canadian market — the platform's first national market activation ahead of its April 7, 2026 global launch. Canadian buyers and vendors now have access to AqNova's curated marketplace at aqnova.co, with pricing displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), bilingual English-French support consistent with the Official Languages Act, and compliance with Canada's federal and provincial consumer protection framework including PIPEDA, CASL, and applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.

AqNova's Canadian launch reflects the country's position as one of the world's most sustainability-conscious consumer markets. Canada represents AqNova's first market where the platform's bilingual obligations — English and French under the Charter of Canadian Rights and Freedoms and Quebec's Charter of the French Language — are fully activated. Quebec-specific compliance under Bill 96 and Law 25 (Quebec's strengthened data protection legislation) is built into AqNova's Canadian compliance framework from Day 1.

For Canadian vendors, AqNova offers a direct pathway to AqNova's global buyer base across 25+ countries, with competitive subscription pricing starting at CAD $27.38/month (equivalent to USD $19.99) for the Pay-As-You-Grow Plan. PR-003 — AqNova Africa & Sahara Eagle Ltd

AqNova Partners with Sahara Eagle Ltd to Launch West Africa's First Gateway to Global Sustainable Commerce

Nigerian-registered entity Sahara Eagle Ltd enables West African vendors to access AqNova's global buyer base with NEPC export support, mobile money payments, and localized regulatory compliance.

LAGOS, NIGERIA — February 15, 2026

Arivon Holding Corporation today announced that Sahara Eagle Ltd, its Nigerian-registered subsidiary (Registration No. 1957145; NEPC Registration No. 0030281), will serve as the West African operational hub for AqNova Marketplace's vendor program across Nigeria, Ghana, and Cameroon. This partnership creates a first-of-its-kind compliant pathway for West African sustainable vendors to access AqNova's global buyer base of conscious consumers.

Sahara Eagle Ltd's NEPC (Nigerian Export Promotion Council) registration provides Nigerian vendors on AqNova with a government-recognized export channel — a credential that has historically been inaccessible to micro and small sustainable producers. AqNova's platform accepts MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, OPay, and Paystack for Nigerian transactions, with vendor payouts processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or USD as elected. The platform's Nigeria-specific compliance framework covers the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA 2019), the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023), and applicable CBN payment regulations.

Africa has been producing world-class sustainable goods for centuries — shea butter, moringa, baobab oil, handwoven textiles, ancestral wellness products. The only thing missing was a global marketplace that understood Africa, was built for Africa, and was trusted by global buyers. AqNova and Sahara Eagle Ltd are that platform.

Permitted uses: articles, blog posts, broadcast segments, podcast visuals, editorial illustration, press program notes, and non-commercial educational content. Prohibited uses: commercial advertising; product endorsements; use in competitor branding or competitive analysis marketing; alteration of logo, color, or brand marks; and any use that misrepresents AqNova's products, services, or positions. 7.8 Global Media Contact Directory

7.9.1 Interview Request Process

All interview requests must be submitted in writing to press@aqnova.co with: (a) the requester's name, outlet, and title; (b) the interview topic and proposed questions or key themes; (c) the intended publication or broadcast date; (d) the interview format (written, phone, video, in-person); and (e) any embargo or exclusivity requirements.

AqNova acknowledges interview requests within 1 Business Day and confirms scheduling within 48–72 hours. Scheduling is subject to the Spokesperson's availability and AqNova's prior approval of the interview topic.

Written Q&A interviews: Where a media outlet requests written Q&A responses, AqNova provides written answers within 3–5 Business Days of receiving approved questions. AqNova reserves the right to review all quotes for accuracy before publication.

Quote approval: For feature articles, AqNova's press team may request to review quotes attributed to AqNova or its Spokesperson for factual accuracy before publication. This request does not constitute editorial control — AqNova does not request to see or approve non-attributed content or the journalist's editorial framing.

7.9.2 On-the-Record, Background & Off-the-Record Policy

All statements made by AqNova's press@aqnova.co team and Spokesperson are considered ON THE RECORD and attributable to AqNova Marketplace unless explicitly and in advance designated otherwise. AqNova's default is full attribution. The following rules govern background and off-the-record designations:

On the record: All standard press office responses, press releases, approved quotes, and interview statements. May be quoted verbatim and attributed to AqNova or the named Spokesperson.

On background (not for attribution): Information provided to help journalists understand context, without direct attribution to AqNova or any individual. Must be designated 'background' before the information is provided, not retroactively.

Off the record: AqNova does not routinely provide off-the-record information. Where exceptionally agreed, off-the-record information must be designated before disclosure and is subject to the journalist's professional ethical obligations not to publish or use the information.

7.9.3 Media Engagement — Preferred Formats

7.10.1 Official Photography Policy

All photography of AqNova's Spokesperson (Ubon, Founder & CEO) for media use must use official, approved headshots from the Media Kit unless prior consent for new photography is obtained from press@aqnova.co.

AqNova does not consent to publication of paparazzi-style photography, candid photographs taken without consent, or photographs that could be misleading about the Spokesperson's appearance, context, or statements.

Product photography provided in the Media Kit is licensed for editorial use only. It may not be used in commercial advertising, competitive analysis marketing, or any context that misrepresents AqNova's product offerings.

Screen captures of AqNova's Platform (aqnova.co) are permitted for editorial illustration purposes in press coverage, subject to AqNova's brand guidelines. Screenshots must not be edited to misrepresent Platform functionality, pricing, or content.

7.10.2 Video & Broadcast

AqNova's Platform may be captured in video for editorial illustration in broadcast news segments, documentaries, and online journalism without prior written consent.

Video interviews with AqNova's Spokesperson are recorded by both AqNova and the media outlet where technically feasible. AqNova may share the recording for its own social media and communications purposes unless the journalist requests exclusivity in writing, which AqNova will consider case by case.

B-roll footage of AqNova's Platform, product imagery, and brand identity assets is available from the Media Kit or upon request at press@aqnova.co for broadcast producers requiring high-resolution video content.

7.11.1 Official AqNova Social Media Accounts

The following are AqNova's verified official social media accounts. Content creators, journalists, and media outlets covering AqNova should tag the correct official handle in their coverage to ensure proper attribution.

7.11.2 Social Media Coverage Guidelines for Media

When sharing AqNova content or tagging AqNova in press coverage, always tag the official @aqnovamarket handle (or platform-specific equivalent) to ensure AqNova can acknowledge and share your coverage.

AqNova may reshare, repost, or quote media coverage on its own social media channels. If you do not consent to AqNova resharing your coverage, please note this in your media request email.

Journalists and content creators must not impersonate AqNova or create unofficial AqNova social media accounts. Any unauthorized account claiming to be AqNova should be reported to press@aqnova.co and to the relevant platform's impersonation reporting mechanism.

AqNova monitors social media for brand mentions and responds to factual inaccuracies in coverage. Where a media outlet's coverage contains material factual errors about AqNova, AqNova's press team will contact the journalist directly through professional channels.

7.12 Third-Party Coverage Policy & Accuracy Standards

AqNova supports free, independent journalism and does not condition media access on favorable coverage. AqNova's press team is available to assist journalists in understanding the Platform's business model, governance framework, and regional operations to support accurate reporting.

Where AqNova identifies material factual inaccuracies in published or broadcast coverage — including incorrect financial figures, misattributed quotes, incorrect company name or entity details, or misrepresentation of the Platform's sustainability standards — AqNova will:

Contact the journalist or editor directly through professional channels to request a correction.

Provide documented evidence for the correction request, citing official sources from this Press & Media Page or issued press releases.

Publish a correction notice on its own channels where appropriate.

Not pursue legal action for inadvertent factual errors that are promptly corrected — AqNova's first approach is always to work collaboratively with media to ensure accuracy.

AqNova does not pay for editorial coverage, place advertorial content without explicit 'Sponsored' or 'Advertisement' labeling, or provide incentives to journalists in exchange for coverage. AqNova's press team does not offer exclusivity in a way that compromises journalistic independence.

7.13 Regional Press Law & Compliance Framework

AqNova's press activities are conducted in compliance with applicable press freedom law, advertising standards, defamation law, and communications regulations in all jurisdictions where AqNova operates. The following table summarizes the key regulatory frameworks applicable to AqNova's press and media activities by region:

7.14.1 Embargo Policy

AqNova may issue press materials under embargo — a voluntary agreement between AqNova and the media recipient that the information will not be published or broadcast before a specified date and time. AqNova's standard embargo terms are as follows:

Embargo agreement: Embargoes are agreed in writing (email is sufficient) before embargoed materials are shared. By receiving embargoed materials, the journalist accepts the embargo terms. AqNova will clearly mark all embargoed materials with: 'EMBARGOED UNTIL [Date and Time, including Time Zone].'

Embargo period: Standard AqNova embargo periods are 24–48 hours. For major platform announcements, funding rounds, and global expansion news, embargoes of up to 7 days may be issued for select publications.

Embargo breach: AqNova takes embargo breaches seriously. A journalist or outlet that publishes embargoed AqNova information before the lift time will be removed from AqNova's press distribution list and may be excluded from future embargo access. AqNova may notify other embargo recipients of the breach and may advance the embargo lift time for all recipients.

Exclusivity: AqNova does not routinely offer exclusivity on news stories. Where exclusivity is agreed for a specific story, it covers only the specific news item and does not extend to other AqNova coverage. Exclusivity periods do not exceed 24 hours from the agreed publication time for digital media.

7.14.2 Handling AqNova Confidential Information

Journalists who receive confidential AqNova information in the course of covering AqNova — including investor materials accessed under NDA, proprietary financial data, or strategic plans shared in background briefings — are bound by any applicable confidentiality agreement and by standard journalistic professional ethics. AqNova does not share material non-public information about its financial performance with journalists without public simultaneous disclosure unless protected by a validly executed NDA and applicable journalism exemptions.

7.15 Frequently Asked Questions — About AqNova

The following Q&A is provided for journalists, researchers, and content creators who need quick factual reference about AqNova. All answers are pre-approved and may be used in coverage without requiring separate confirmation from AqNova's press team.
