Main parameters determining ranking: AqNova's Vendor Terms (Section 2.2) describe the main parameters used to rank products in search results. These include: product relevance to search query; Vendor quality score (based on fulfillment rate, return rate, customer satisfaction); product rating; sustainability certification tier; availability and shipping speed; price competitiveness.
Differentiated treatment: AqNova does not operate a private-label product competing with third-party Vendors. AqNova's own products are not favored in search ranking. Sponsored Listings (paid placements) are disclosed with a 'Sponsored' label.
Access to data: Vendors have access to transaction and performance data relating to their own account through the Vendor Dashboard. AqNova discloses the categories of data it shares with third parties in the Privacy Policy (Section 3).
