AQNOVA MARKETPLACE · SECTION 10
Selling on AqNova
Global Seller Center · Platform Guide · Compliance Reference
You didn’t build something this good to stay invisible.
The world’s most ethical products deserve the world’s most trusted marketplace.
You have spent years building a product that is genuinely better — grown without chemicals, crafted with fair labor, sourced without compromise. You have the certifications. You have the story. You have the values. What you have not had is a platform built to recognize all of that, verify it, and connect it to the global audience that has been looking for exactly what you make.
That platform is AqNova.
We didn’t build another online store. We built a movement — where every purchase is a vote for the kind of world conscious consumers want to live in. A marketplace where your sustainability credentials are not a filter applied as an afterthought, but the foundation of the entire platform. Where your product is found because of its standards, not its ad spend. Where your brand is protected by the same verification that makes every listing on this platform worth trusting.
“We are not the cheapest. We are not the biggest. We are the most intentional. And that is exactly the point.”
AqNova serves the consumer in Nairobi looking for verified organic personal care. The family in Calgary trying to shop consciously for their household. The buyer in Berlin who is done with greenwashing and wants one platform they can actually trust. The conscious shopper in Seoul, Dubai, Vancouver, and Lima. They are all here — and they are looking for what you make.
Why Sell on AqNova
Every marketplace will tell you to list your products with them. Most of them cannot tell you why it is worth more than the next option. Here is our case — made plainly.
01 — Your Certifications Finally Mean Something
On most platforms, a sustainability badge is a self-reported label. A tag. A filter. On AqNova, every certification badge displayed on a product listing is tied to a verified, independently maintained entry in our public Certification Registry — expiry-tracked, benchmarked against 40+ globally recognized standards. When your product carries an AqNova Verified badge, consumers know it is real. That trust is your competitive advantage, and we protect it by enforcing the same standard on every other vendor on the platform.
02 — Your Customers Are Already Here
AqNova’s audience is not general. It is specific, intentional, and growing. These are consumers who have already decided they want ethical, sustainable, organic products — they are not browsing to be convinced. They are searching with intent. They are the wellness households in Canada, the eco-conscious buyers in Germany, the organic-first families in Australia, and the increasingly sustainability-aware consumer base across African cities from Lagos to Nairobi to Cape Town. You do not have to fight for their attention. You just have to be verified to reach them.
03 — Discovery by Standards, Not Ad Spend
On Amazon, you pay to rank. On AqNova, you earn your rank through verification, product quality, and vendor performance. There are no ad auctions. No pay-to-rank systems. No dynamic pricing that punishes you for not buying visibility. Your products appear to the right audience because they meet the right standards — full stop. That means your marketing budget goes toward growing your brand, not buying your way into search results.
04 — A Global Market. Built for You.
AqNova operates across 25+ countries on six continents — not as a single English-language platform with international shipping bolted on, but as a regionally adapted marketplace with localized languages, localized payment methods, and localized pricing. Your product, verified once, reaches consumers in North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Australia without you having to rebuild your storefront for each market. We handle the regional architecture. You handle the products.
05 — A Platform That Protects Your Brand
AqNova enforces its standards. We remove listings. We suspend vendors who misrepresent their credentials. We publish enforcement actions in a public Greenwashing Enforcement Log. That discipline is not a burden on you — it is protection for you. When consumers trust the platform, they trust every verified vendor on it. Your brand is positioned alongside the world’s most rigorously screened sustainable products, not buried in a sea of unverified claims.
06 — Pricing Designed for Global Access
AqNova believes that access to a global market should not be a privilege of size. Our subscription model is tiered for global participation — with dedicated African market pricing that reflects the economic realities of some of our most important vendor communities. Whether you are a solo artisan in Accra or a growing sustainable brand in Berlin, AqNova’s pricing is built to meet you where you are.
07 — Your Story, Told at Scale
Every product on AqNova has a story. AqNova’s platform is designed to surface that story to consumers who want to hear it — the origin, the process, the people behind the product. This is not a listing directory. It is a curated marketplace where brand narrative, certification depth, and production ethics are the selling points. For vendors who have built their identity around how they make things, AqNova is the first platform designed to make that matter commercially.

Vendor Referral Partner Program (VRPP)
AqNova’s Vendor Referral Partner Program is a performance-based referral system that rewards existing vendors for introducing qualified new vendors to the marketplace. It is one of the most direct ways to earn additional revenue from your existing presence on AqNova.
How It Works
1. An existing AqNova vendor refers a new, qualified vendor to the platform using their unique referral link.
2. The referred vendor completes the verification process and activates a paid subscription.
3. The referring vendor earns a commission on the referred vendor’s subscription revenue for a defined payout period.
4. Commission tiers increase with referral volume, rewarding vendors who become active ecosystem builders.
Commission Structure
✓ Tier 1 — 10% commission on referred vendor subscription revenue
✓ Tier 2 — 15% commission (qualifying volume threshold)
✓ Tier 3 — 18% commission (top-tier referral partners)
✓ Vendor-to-Vendor Referral Credit System — additional platform credits for high-volume referrers
✓ Milestone Hybrid Payment Model — structured payouts capped at 12 months per referral for platform sustainability

Vendor Rights & Platform Commitments
AqNova’s relationship with its vendors is built on a principle that distinguishes us from every other marketplace: vendor dignity. We believe that the producers building the sustainable economy deserve a platform that treats them as partners, not inventory. The following commitments govern AqNova’s obligations to every verified vendor on the platform.
– Transparent Decision-Making
If AqNova reviews, restricts, or removes a listing, you will be told why — in plain language, with reference to the specific standard that was not met. We do not remove products without explanation.
– Fair Enforcement
AqNova applies its standards consistently. No vendor is exempt from verification requirements because of their size, geography, or commercial value to the platform.
– Timely Payouts
Vendor payouts are processed on the schedule defined in your Vendor Agreement. A delayed payout is not a data point to us — it is someone’s livelihood. We take it seriously.
– Dispute Resolution
Vendors have the right to contest any listing decision, enforcement action, or account suspension through AqNova’s formal dispute resolution process, with defined response timelines.
– Data Ownership
Your product data, sales data, and customer communication data belong to you. AqNova does not sell vendor data to third parties or use it to compete against vendors.
– Platform Stability
AqNova will not change core pricing, commission structures, or verification requirements without defined advance notice to vendors, consistent with your Vendor Agreement terms.

The World Has Been Waiting for a Marketplace Like This.
So Have You.
You built a product worth believing in. You ran the supply chain with integrity. You earned the certifications. You made the choices that cost more and compromised less. And you did all of it without a global platform that was built to recognize any of it.
AqNova is that platform. A marketplace that was designed from day one to make your standards your advantage — not a box you check before getting buried in a feed of unverified competition. A marketplace where the conscious consumer in Berlin, the ethical buyer in Toronto, the wellness household in Sydney, and the sustainability-first shopper in Dubai can find you because your product actually deserves to be found.
Every verified listing on AqNova is a signal to a global audience that this product is worth trusting. You have spent years earning that signal.
Now let the world see it.
